Complaints procedure

Unfortunately, it is always possible that something goes wrong in the communication, in the shipment or otherwise. I will do my best to handle your complaint properly, although not everything is in my power.

If you have a complaint, you can report it to me in writing. This can of course also be done by email or via the contact form. I will always treat your complaint seriously.

After I have received your complaint, you will receive a confirmation of receipt within 2 days.
I will do my best to respond to your complaint within 2 weeks. If I need more time to respond substantively to your complaint, I will let you know within 2 weeks.
